New users will need to create an account. Search under "VA" for "Riverbend Condominium Unit Owners Association."

 

Fees for the Resale Disclosure Packet can be paid when placing the order or at closing. All fees are in accordance with the Virginia Condominium Act. Fees are due no later than 60 days post closing. Any unpaid fees will be posted to the unit's account.
